Dinner for the Homeless and TechBrain Festive Season Support Hours
The festive season is here and we would like to take the opportunity to thank you for allowing TechBrain to be your trusted IT partner. It’s been a pleasure to serve you in 2019. We’ve worked hard to exceed your expectations by delivering intelligent solutions and exceptional service and we look forward to having the opportunity to do the same in 2020.
To deliver on that purpose we continue to invest heavily in continuous improvement initiatives that will enhance the service you enjoy. At the same time, we continue to “increase our average” by hiring superstars and investing in their ongoing growth and development so that you see a reduction in IT issues, response times and resolutions times.
In line with our focus on supporting the homeless community, and in lieu of sending Christmas gifts to clients this year, TechBrain hosted a Christmas Dinner for homeless people.
We hosted 30 people on Thursday 19th December for a catered 3 course meal, the purpose of which was to make these homeless people feel special at a time which is typically about families coming together.
TechBrain will be taking a short break, however we will operate on skeleton staff up to 5 January 2020 to ensure your support needs are met. If there is anything specific you require during this time, please contact us as soon as possible within the coming week so we can make arrangements to suit your needs.
TechBrain will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
