We are looking for a person with a good understanding of PC hardware and software who has a passionate for client relations who is looking to jump start their career in Account Management. The successful candidate will learn all aspects from the ground up with the view to becoming an Account Manager once competency is gained and business demand exists. Joining the Account Management Team, the successful candidate will utilise their practical working technology knowledge to provide support the the Account Management Team.
This position will involve:
Developing hardware/equipment lifecycle plans. Generating hosting, licensing, software, communications and support renewals. Tracking warranty and 3rd party renewals. Research new products. Liaise with suppliers and distributors regarding product availability. Register large opportunities with vendors to achieve deal level pricing. Handling RMAs and returns. Order communications and 3rd party services. Generation quotes Arrange couriers and handle dispatch of equipment.
The successful candidate will have:
A funky pair of socks (but if you don't, we will give you some when you start and, on your birthday). Qualifications that are relevant to the position. A valid Manual Driver's Licence. Highly skilled relationship management skills and professional presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional planning and organisation skills. High level written and documentation skills. High degree of attention to detail.
