We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Office Administrator & Quoting to join our dynamic Business Services team in Subiaco. You’ll be the glue that holds our office together, handling a variety of tasks while providing exceptional support to our sales team.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee daily office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Order supplies, manage equipment, and maintain a clean and organised workspace
• Create and track quotes, finding the best value for our customers
• Liaise with suppliers and maintain accurate pricing information
• Assist with receiving stock, arranging catering, and coordinating logistics
• Plus, a range of other exciting administrative tasks

You’ve got the skills:

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Manual drivers licence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude
• Experience with quoting and sales support a bonus
• Quoting software experience, a plus
