Exciting changes are afoot at TechBrain as we come to the end of another successful financial year.
Firstly, it’s time to farewell Colin Thompson, who co-founded TechBrain 14 years ago with Mike Fernando. Leading a passionate team as it grew from a startup, Colin has provided outstanding service to our customers and has been a cornerstone of our success. He’s taking some well-deserved time off to ride his motorcycle and travel, and we wish Colin and his family all the best.
At the same time the TechBrain family is growing as we welcome Edwin Juen in the role of Sales Administration and Account Management. With a Bachelor of Computer Science, Edwin has almost 14 years’ experience with industry stalwarts Dell and Ingram Micro. We’re looking forward to introducing him to our clients.

To ensure we continue to deliver the outstanding level of customer service our existing customers already enjoy, TechBrain has moved on to the industry-leading ConnectWise platform. ConnectWise will further streamline customer support thanks to better management, resolution and communication tools, plus it enables proactive resolution of technical issues instead of just reactively putting out fires.
