TechBrain is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified. Our ISMS covers the delivery of managed IT, cloud and cyber security services across Australia. Certification was issued by a JAS-ANZ accredited certification body and is maintained through annual surveillance audits.

TechBrain was founded in 2002 under our original name, Blue Networks and Technology, as an IT support partner for small businesses in Perth, Western Australia.

Growing strongly over the next decade, our business expanded both our service offering and our geographical presence, allowing us to service a wide range of industries. We established a niche within the medical, mining and professional services (accountants, lawyers, insurance and wealth management) verticals, allowing us to improve our service and solutions to businesses within these fields.

TRANSITIONING TO THE FUTURE

2016 saw a
rebrand to TechBrain

The last decade has been a period of strong growth, and TechBrain evolved to become a full-service fixed fee Managed IT Services and Managed Security Solutions Provider. Our growth allowed us to invest in better people and processes as well as become one fo the few cyber security and IT service organisations that is ISO 27001 certified. TechBrain now delivers expert cyber security and IT solutions to mid-market organisations, government and ASX listed companies across more than two dozen industries.

Most importantly, this growth allowed us to build an organisation beyond WA, expanding in to NSW and Victoria whilst continuing to build a culture that had our employees’ needs at heart.

With a commitment to social contributions, instituting unlimited annual leave, and putting efforts in place to become carbon neutral, we made an effort to do things differently.

And by doing things differently, this empowered us to attract the best team possible—and your business can see the results.

Our focus on social contribution within the areas of homelessness and emergency services was recognised by the Western Australian Government with the Volunteer Employer Recognition Awards.

We are proud to support On My Feet in their efforts to make a difference in the lives of those at risk or dealing with homelessness. To date, On My Feet have helped hundreds of people across Perth, Melbourne and Cape Town, South Africa, and created more than $20 million in community value.
