The Technical Group is made out of three teams that work together to provide outstanding support to our clients.- The Response Team, the NetAdmin Team and the Project Services Team.

Client focused, creating strong relationships. Able to explain tech to non-tech people. Lovers of technology and learning, so they have diverse and varied IT skills and knowledge. Able to work in a fast paced environment. Excellent verbal communicators. Generally not too bad at their written communication, but they are actively working to make improvements in this area. 😉 People who love being part of a great team, working together with common purpose and aspirations, whilst still creating opportunities to have fun.
Due to continued Company growth we have yet again promoted one of the Response Team to the NetAdmin team and this has created an opportunity for a new team member to join the Response Team in this brand new position.

Reporting to the Response Team – Team Lead, you will be based at our West Perth office working with our predominantly CBD based clients in the mid-market space (20-200 seats). This is the right role for a candidate that wishes to specialize in a career that delivers solutions to this market.

What Happens after I Apply?
