Due to growth promotion and an expanding business we are looking for an experienced Level 3 Systems Engineer to join our already amazing team. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager you will be based at our West Perth office working with our predominantly CBD based clients in the mid-market space (20-100 seats). This is the right role for a high energy candidate that wishes to specialize in a career that delivers solutions to this market. We are after a consummate professional who values strong communication within their team and with the client. Ideally, the right personal prides themselves in setting the standard in change management, documentation and technical knowledge amongst their peers.
Responsibilities for this roles includes:
Providing 2nd and 3rd level support to our clients within SLA. Operating as an escalation point to the Response Team. Identifying problems and solutions at customer sites to address inefficiencies and improve customer productivity. Consulting to clients to ensure that they get the most from their technology. Manages client expectations in line with workload then seeks to exceed them. Leads projects and operates as a senior technical resource involving junior engineers in projects. Works with the Technical Lead to deliver solution designs for complex projects. Documents standards. Mentoring junior members of the team. Engaging with the right people to ensure that your client’s service delivery needs are being met. Having an excellent knowledge of the service catalogue. Providing regular reporting and contact with your client, providing them the answers to the questions they have and the questions they haven’t asked yet or don’t know to ask. Quoting and procurement of hardware, software and third-party services to your clients.
The successful candidates will have:

The ability to take ownership of clients and their outcomes. A preference for working within a well organised team that has mature processes. Highly skilled client support and relationship management skills. The ability to assist non-technical people understand technical aspects. Exceptional planning and organisation skills.
The successful candidates will have: Diverse work experience including both Enterprise level and MSP Server and possibly firewall/comms skills to a level 3 capability AD / Exchange / Office 365 / Azure ConnectWise (Manage, Automate and Connect) preferred but not essential Trend, Storagecraft and Veeam products and services MCP in Microsoft technologies Advanced troubleshooting Solution design
