Due to an internal promotion we are seeking an experienced administrator who is an all rounder when it comes to Admin and who is ready and able to tackle any job that comes their way whether it be cleaning the kitchen or being a PA to the GM. The hours for this position are 9.30am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday. This position reports to the Accounts Officer and is based at our West Perth office working with our technical, business services and management teams.
Responsibilities for this roles includes:
PA to Managing Director and GM Admin support to Business Services and Technical Teams Reception duties Office maintenance and office supplies Manage Couriers and Post Accounts
Providing assistance to the Accounts Officer including holiday coverage Accounts Data Entry Document management Credit Management Inventory Stocktake Purchasing and Receiving Goods
Goods receivable, processing and storage Software license management Asset recording HR Admin
Championing the “Building the Company We Love” initiative Employment and New Starter documentation Arranging Medicals Managing Team Member files Team Member inductions Leave management Coordinate social functions and Team events Arrange Funky Socks Branding and Marketing
Coordinate Monthly newsletter Printing marketing materials Manage corporate wear Social media updates
The successful candidates will have:
A funky pair of socks (but if you don’t, we will give you some when you start and on your birthday). A valid Manual Driver’s License. Highly skilled relationship management skills. Exceptional planning and organisation skills. High level written and documentation skills. High degree of acuracy. Good experience in Accounts. Proficient knowledge and experience in the following would be well regarded, but not essential:
Xero Connectwise Manage Mailchimp PDF editing software
